Dear Colleague,
This is to inform you that I intend to retire from the company's service with effect from 15th July, 2007 after serving the company for 15 years and 5 months. I wish to take this opportunity to extend my gratitude to you for your cooperation, understanding and support during my stay here. I would also like to express my appreciation to my colleagues for their support and friendship throughout my stay here.
