what shampoos help hair grow? where can i find them? i've heard of people talking about mane and tail shampoo but are there any others? vitamins i can take?
i know im throwing alot out there but i really want my hair to grow longer. i regret cutting it now.

Reply:hmm.. i dont think there is such a thing tbh.. but i know one thing.. if you straighten or curl your hair alot then it can get damaged and break which means it will not grow at all really.. try using a really good brand of conditioner like TRESeme and leave it on your hair for a while then wash it out and your hair will not get split ends.. you may not have this situation but if you do style your hair with straighteners or tongs then your hair may not even grow.. :\ trust me I'm in that situation lol!

Reply:You won't. Has to come from within. Eat lots of protein: jello, lean meats, eggs, yogurt, foods like that. . .and take a good multi-vitamin.
Reply:vitamin e on your hair and i take as a supplement. works wonders but takes about a month to kick in.
Reply:there's really no way to make your hair grow faster, just try and wash your hair everyday, with good thick conditioners.
