Need a steady job, a place to live, ability to manage your social and economic life, proof of all that, probably your parents permission and a state that has emancipation; not all do, and not all have fulll rights for emancipated minors.

Where you live makes a difference.
Reply:To be emancipated, you have to show that you are financially capable of taking care of yourself - among other things.

If you're asking for help - you are clearly not financially capable of taking care of yourself - let alone taking care of your twins.

How old are you that you need to be emancipated, and already have twins? What a shame.
Reply:There are allot of things to consider when emancipation is involved.

1. how old are you

2. how are you going to support yourself (and your children)

So far, what I'm getting from you is that you are a teenage mother of twins that wants to be emancipated and have the state pick up the tab for your support.

I doubt under those circumstances you will get emancipation unless there is some serious family abuse going on.
