What will Turn around the Detroit Tigers season and would it help to get Ken Griffey Jr? Also Newspaper ideas?

The tigers are my home team i have partial season tickets i think they need to get back to playing small ball go for hits not just home runs!!!! What do you think I need answers and also if anyone has good idea for a newspaper article im 13 in newspaper need it by MONDAY THE 19th

I think Griffey would be a good fit in Detroit with left field now up for grabs. Matt Joyce is not the answer even though he hits lefthanded and the Tigers could use a lefthanded bat to offset their right handed lineup. I have always thought Griffey deserves to be on a contending team and I wouldnt mind seeing him in Detrroit. I am a Cubs fan and think he would fit well in center with the Cubs as well but we'll have to see.
Reply:I cringe at the thought of the Tigers adding ANOTHER old bat to that lineup. Trust me, they don't need it. They DO need solid pitching, but since they completely destroyed their minor league system this past offseason, they have nothing to work with. It's back to square one for them. All they can do now is hope and pray that Bonderman, Verlander, and Willis can pull it together, or this season will be considered one of the biggest disappointments in recent history.
