Are there any natural herbs or teas that help with anxiety and stress?

I used to drink coffee but I am suffering a lot from anxiety and I want to switch to tea or some natural herbs.





I really need to regain my confidence and get rid of this anxiety and stress that is probably gonna start having a big effect on my good health if I continue like this.

You can try valerian root capsules and Kava Kava. Both are supposed to provide relief from stress and anxiety and cause more restful sleep.





A good tea is Sleepytime, made by Celestial Seasonings. It's great for bedtime, but you can also have it in the daytime if you are having anxiety symptoms.

Reply:Basil tea is a soother. You could also try some aromatherapy oils - not to drink, of course.
Reply:try to have tea instead of coffee... and also try to have some exercise, go to yoga classess... its better than drinking anti-stress remedies... you'll also look fit and sexy inside and out... =)
