I need help with my computer? Trying to find software to record and edit sermons?

I just recently started preaching and am trying to make cd's. Is there any software that I can purchase to do this from my laptop cause I'm always on the road?

Audacity. It is free and should work for you.
Reply:Audacity is very good recording/editing software - and free. I doubt that you will find better for doing what you want to do.

I checked the spec of Wavepad and, while there are a few extra functions, I can confirm that Audacity has all of the functions (and more) that you will need and is very easy to use both as a recorder and an editor.

Depending on your version of Windows, burning the CDs will not be a problem once you have .wma or .mp3 files created, though you could invest in Nero or Roxio if you wanted more control.
Reply:Audacity http://audacity.sf.net is a free and very powerfull audio recording and editing program.

All you need a microphone and a program that can create audio CDs such as CD Burner XP (also free) http://cdburnerxp.se/

For instructions check out the sites or search the web for "(program name) TUTORIAL". Especially for Audacity there are many tutorials out there.
Reply:windows movie make is free if you have a PC and i know MACs have move edeting software.

you can down load WMM just search it on google
Reply:you could use the wav recorder already on your pc, but it would be very big file before compression. Alternatively you could use audacity (freeware) and then save as MP3.
Reply:wavepad.
