Reply:ok losing weight .People make it harder than it really is. First your diet. People go crazy with salad, which is ok but if you eat controlled amounts of food,not fried no skin on your chicken pasta with light sauce,TUNA natural foods and juices you will be fine.Second running with sweat shirt and pants. Yes even in the summer. Last thing noooooo sweet snacks or chips etc. replace them with a bowel of oatmeal ,fruits. Do this and it should help out!!
