Reply:In North Korea, the dictator, Kim Jon IL, or whatever his name is, make all of the decisions. Plus an arsenal of nuclear weapons might help a little bit. He lives in paradise, while half of his country is dying of starvation. Plus he brainwashes the entire country and isolates them from the outside world.
