I'm going next month with my fiance's family......8 adults and 4 kids. We don't have kids. Now I'm starting to rethink the trip...HELP what can we do to have fun.

Yes, there are "kiddie" rides, but they can definitely be a lot of fun (especially watching children enjoying them).
The shows offered are amazing -- some of the best anywhere (Festival of the Lion King, Beauty and the Beast).
There are some grown-up attractions, too -- Test Track, Mission:Space, Expedition Everest, etc. etc.
Pleasure Island has adult-only clubs that are open each night. Plenty of shopping, etc. as well at various places.
