1/4 b + 1/3 g = 12


3/12 b + 4/12 g = 12





9/12 b - 3/12 b= 6/12 b


8/12g -4/12g=4/12g


30-12=18


6/12b + 4/12g = 18





2*(6/12b + 4/12g = 18)


= b + 8/12g = 36





2*(3/12 b + 4/12 g = 12)


= 6/12 b + 8/12g = 24





(b + 8/12g) - (6/12 b + 8/12g) = 36-24


= 6/12 b = 12





b=12*2


=24 answer(a)

30-18=12 answer(b)

You should chose an agency, they will draw up a contract and both you and the surrogate will sign. You may call them http://www.spct.org/ and tell them that you would like the surrogate. I'm not sure about international law but it is possible, I know that the UK allows it.
